Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following
I, as the Artist...Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. However, I will not post pieces if requested.Maintain the right to turn down any commission.Will update my clients on the status of their commission after the sketch has been finished and upon request.Can be commissioned to draw OCs, Furries, and Scalies.Can be commissioned to draw suggestive or NSFW (must be 18+).Will not accept commission requests for hateful/political, feral, or realistic content.You, as the Client...May edit, crop, and resize your commission. However, I require my watermark never to be removed.May post the commission to your own website/social media page. You are still required to credit me if you do so.May ask for updates on the commission whenever you like and I will get back to you as soon as I can.May print the commission, but cannot sell it in any form such as paywalling behind Patreon or selling physical stickers/prints, though you're more than welcome to hand them out for free!May not use your commissioned art for AI or turn it into an NFT (Yes, I have to say this).
Consequences for Violating These Rules:
First Violation (Warning)You will receive a polite reminder of my TOS and a request to correct the issue (e.g. Failure to provide credit, improper use of commissioned work, an attempt to resell my art, etc.)I understand that mistakes happen, so this serves as an opportunity to fix the issue without further consequences.Second Violation (Temporary Ban)If you repeat a major violation, you will be temporarily banned from commissioning me for 3 months.You will be notified of the reason for the ban, along with a reminder that further violations will result in a permanent blacklist.Third Violation (Permanent Blacklist)If you break the rules again, you will be permanently banned from commissioning me.
Loyalty Pricing
Clients who commission the same character three times will receive a loyalty discount on all future commissions of that character. This discount applies exclusively to the specific character and is non-transferable.
Process
When commissions open in my telegram channel, you can enter a draw to win a commission slot. If you were randomly picked for the commission slot, you won't be eligible for the next opening and will have to wait one opening to be able to enter again. This allows everyone to have the chance to get a slot!Once you've won the slot, the real magic happens! Depending on the complexity, commissions can take a week to two months to complete. As a full-time university student, I strive to balance my time as best as possible and always inform my clients of any potential delays.I always send a sketch to my commissioners and ask if they'd like to request any changes before I continue work on their commission. Any desired changes requested after the sketch has been completed and approved will incur additional charges.To view the progress of your commission and my queue, you can check my Trello!
Payment
I accept all commission payments through PayPal in USD. Work on a commission will not be started until I've received full payment from the commissioner. For orders over $100, a payment plan can be arranged if needed.
